Hermès is seeking a Temporary Customs Coordinator to support compliance with U.S. import/export laws. The role focuses on analyzing ACE reporting, updating files, and ensuring brokers have the latest information to maintain safe, compliant shipments.

The position requires 2–3 years in customs, data analysis, or brokerage, with Excel expertise and knowledge of TSCA and the Lacey Act. Hybrid cross-training may occur; onsite in Dayton, NJ and potential overtime are noted.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Customs Compliance, Data Analysis, Brokerage, Entry Writing.
• Certifications in Customs, Supply Chain, and/or Dangerous Goods preferred.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented work ethic.
• Excel with lookups and pivot tables is a must.

Responsabilités

• Analyze ACE reporting for discrepancies and updates.
• Maintain and refresh internal files for ongoing projects.
• Ensure brokers have current information for US Customs requirements.
• Monitor internal files for compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate documentation to meet TSCA, LACEY Act, and related rules.
• Audit entries using ACE data and broker documentation.
• Provide timely status updates on critical files.
