Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Trade Operations Coordinator to support import/export compliance activities, broker communications, and trade documentation management. You will liaise with internal teams and Customs House Brokers to ensure timely clearances and accurate recordkeeping.

The role follows a hybrid model with at least one onsite day weekly at our Colmar, PA headquarters. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in trade compliance and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years in trade compliance, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating documentation and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and data management tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and across functions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine daily communications with Customs House Brokers.
• Maintain trade compliance records and documentation in support of US/Canada classifications, ECCN determinations, Schedule B reporting, and AD/CVD/SIMA compliance.
• Assist with broker communications, invoice review, and issue resolution.
• Support import/export audits and SOPs; assist with project tracking and regulatory documentation.
