Job summary

Vortex Doors in Houston is seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service, answering inquiries, and coordinating service needs.

You will handle calls and emails, schedule repairs, dispatch staff, maintain records in our CRM, and develop product knowledge to provide accurate information. This office-based role offers weekday shifts 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and a pay rate commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Identify needs, provide solutions, and schedule services.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM with customer interactions.
