Job summary

Goode Company in Texas is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to help customers complete seasonal orders by providing accurate information, responsive support, and follow-through across phone and digital channels.

You will enter and review orders in e-commerce and customer-service systems, coordinate with fulfillment teams, resolve routine concerns, protect payment information, and support high-volume holiday workflows.

Qualifications

• Customer-service, call-center, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, or order-entry experience.
• Warm communication, typing accuracy, active listening, and calm problem solving.
• Comfort learning order, customer, payment, and shipping systems.
• Dependable availability during the full seasonal assignment, including peak-volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions about orders, products, pickup, shipping, and delivery through assigned channels.
• Enter, review, update, and document orders accurately in e-commerce and customer-service systems.
• Research order status and coordinate with fulfillment, warehouse, delivery, and leadership teams.
• Resolve routine concerns within guidelines and escalate exceptions promptly.
• Protect customer and payment information and maintain complete interaction notes.
