Job summary

Goode Company is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to help customers complete seasonal orders with accurate information and responsive support across phone and digital channels.

You will enter, review, update, and document orders in e-commerce and customer-service systems, research order status, and coordinate with fulfillment teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer-service, call-center, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, or order-entry experience.
• Warm communication, typing accuracy, active listening, and calm problem solving.
• Comfort learning order, customer, payment, and shipping systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions about orders, products, pickup, shipping, and delivery.
• Enter, review, update, and document orders accurately in e-commerce and customer-service systems.
• Research order status and coordinate with fulfillment, warehouse, delivery, and leadership teams.
• Resolve routine concerns within guidelines and escalate exceptions promptly.
• Protect customer and payment information and maintain complete interaction notes.
• Support high-volume holiday workflows, outbound follow-up, and assigned administrative tasks.
