Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic and advanced analytical governance research for specific meetings and companies.
• Distill financial and governance information and issue proxy vote recommendations per client guidelines.
• Research policy-related issues and support staff on related projects.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance department services.
• Assist team with project supervision and manage task allocation to ensure timely client deliverables.
