Job summary

ID Logistics US in Ocala, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, stock, and move boxes using VNA and powered equipment. You will ensure accurate shipments, maintain inventory integrity, and follow safety procedures.

This full-time, night-shift position runs Sun-Wed, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM, with a base pay of $18.50 per hour plus $2 shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, STD/LTD, and paid time off.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company).
  • Must be able to wear PPE as required by safety policies.

Responsibilities

  • Pick or Put-away boxes from cages into racks (VNA).
  • Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered industrial equipment.
  • Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
  • Inspect assigned equipment daily and operate equipment safely per OSHA standards.
  • Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
  • Stack and store product in appropriate areas and ensure accurate shipments.
  • Pull and prepare products for shipment with exact counts and types.
  • Move product from staging to rail cars, trailers, or containers.
  • Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are damage-free and report variances.
  • Keep records to guarantee tight inventory control and security.
  • Assist in physical inventories and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance; observe safety rules.

  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
  • Report quality variances.
  • Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.
  • Assist in physical inventories.
  • Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.
  • Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.
  • Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
  • Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can’t be self-corrected to the leadership team.
  • Follow corporate and site‑specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
  • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

Requirements
