Job summary

Idlogistics in Ocala, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick/put-away boxes, stock, and stage products using powered equipment. Emphasis on safety, accuracy, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves night shifts on Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri 7:00 PM–5:30 AM, with $18.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential. Requirements include a GED or high school diploma, 3+ years of related experience, and OSHA equipment certifications.

MHE2

• Pick or Put-away boxes from cages into racks (VNA)
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
• On a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped.
• Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Report quality variances.
• Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.
• Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.
• Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
• Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can’t be self-corrected to the leadership team.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule DND: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri -Night shift

• 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Salary
