Job summary

ID Logistics US is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Florida. You will operate forklifts, pick/put-away items, and stage goods while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.

You’ll inspect equipment daily, assist inventories, and coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time, accurate shipments. The role runs on a Sun-Wed day schedule with 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM shifts, offering benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401K with matching.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years related experience.
  • Ability to operate powered industrial equipment and perform inspections.
  • Must obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA).

Responsibilities

  • Pick or Put-away boxes from cages into racks (VNA).
  • Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered equipment.
  • Maintain equipment in neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
  • Inspect assigned equipment daily and in a safe manner.
  • Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
  • Keep records to ensure tight inventory control and security.
  • Assist in physical inventories and stock rotation.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.

MHE2

  • Pick or Put-away boxes from cages into racks (VNA)
  • Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
  • Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
  • On a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment.
  • Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
  • Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
  • Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.
  • Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped.
  • Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers.
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
  • Report quality variances.
  • Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.
  • Assist in physical inventories.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.
  • Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.
  • Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
  • Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can’t be self-corrected to the leadership team.
  • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
  • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Schedule FHD: Sun-Wed - Day shift
  • 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary
  • $18.50 per hour
  • Shift differential $1.50 per hour

Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
