Job summary

Idlogistics in Ocala, FL is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to pick or put-away boxes, load and unload, stock, and stage products with powered equipment. You will maintain equipment in neat condition, perform daily inspections, and ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.

You will follow safety policies, help with inventories, rotate stock, and coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus related experience or training.
• Ability to follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Experience using powered industrial equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick or Put-away boxes from cages into racks (VNA).
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
• Inspect assigned equipment on a daily basis.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety rules.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Push and pull product to staging and shipping areas.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Report quality variances and keep records for inventory control.
• Assist in physical inventories and rotate stock accordingly.
• Follow customer requirements and coordinate with other departments.

MHE2

• Pick or Put-away boxes from cages into racks (VNA)
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
• On a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped.
• Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Report quality variances.
• Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.
• Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.
• Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
• Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can't be self-corrected to the leadership team.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule BHN: Wed-Sat -Night shift

• 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM

Salary

• $18.50 per hour
• Shift differential $2.00 per hour

• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
