ServiceSource Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage receiving, storage, and outbound preparation in a multi-climate warehouse. You will maintain the WMS, verify incoming materials, and lead stock clerks during inbound periods. Flexibility to support peak training cycles is required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of industrial storage plans and inventory management.
• Familiarity with cold-chain sanitation guidelines.
• Experience with warehouse safety and accuracy in materials handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe receipt, inspection, and multi-climate storage of incoming subsistence supplies, foodstuffs, MREs, and water.
• Verify materials against receiving documents and report discrepancies or damage.
• Maintain and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Direct Stock Clerks during inbound supply windows and coordinate storage space and capacity.
• Store, stack, or palletize materials across dry, refrigerated, and freezer zones.
• Operate material handling equipment as required and assist with periodic inventory counts.
