Job summary

EnviroLogix is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to ensure accurate, timely shipment of materials for biotech manufacturing. You will prepare domestic and international shipments, maintain shipping documents, coordinate carriers, and protect temperature-sensitive products throughout transit.

You will join the Core Operations team, handling packing, documentation, DOT/IATA compliance, and inventory transactions in the ERP system, while communicating delays and discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical-device, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of carrier systems, shipping documentation, packaging, and inventory transactions.
• Experience with international, temperature-controlled, or hazardous-material shipments preferred.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate material-handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately.
• Prepare shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate parcel, freight, expedited, and temperature-controlled shipments.
• Follow cold-chain, hazardous-material, and applicable DOT/IATA shipping requirements.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies.
• Complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in the ERP system.
• Communicate shipment delays, documentation issues, and material discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and inspection-ready shipping and receiving area.
