Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a Temporary Consumer Lending Loan Coordinator for an onsite role in Santa Rosa. This 6-month contract requires coordinating loan activities, providing member service, and supporting both direct and indirect lending processes.

Hours are 8:30am–5:30pm Monday to Friday with a maximum of two Saturdays per month. The team includes four loan coordinators, with staff in Santa Rosa and Napa, and basic Excel/navigation tasks are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands on professional customer service experience (banking/lending experience a plus).
• Proficient with Internet-based loan origination software.
• Knowledge of lending principles, practices, rules, regulations, and sales.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and prioritize work.
• Willingness to work rotating schedule including some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and support in loan processes.
• Handle phone coverage and communicate loan status to Members.
• Prepare and send letters, memos, and reports.
• Resolve member concerns with thorough, accurate information.
• Support direct and indirect lending with loan packages and funding.
• Ensure loan files are complete and compliant for audits.
• Monitor daily lending reports and identify issues.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and process improvements.
