Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a temporary Operations Administrator in California for a 3- to 6-month assignment. You will support daily clinic operations, greet families, manage front desk tasks, and assist with scheduling and EMR fixes.

You will collaborate with the Site Operations Manager to resolve scheduling issues, onboard new hires, maintain rooms, and uphold safety protocols, while helping sustain Cortica’s compassionate, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of office experience, preferably in healthcare.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or recognized credential.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cortica as patients and families enter the clinic.
• Perform daily operational tasks to support clinic operations and scheduling.
• Greet families, assist with check-in/check-out, collect copays, and manage documents.
• Interface with facility vendors and monitor inventory and supplies.
• Support front desk clerical procedures and effective communication.
• Collaborate with Site Operations Manager to troubleshoot scheduling issues and EMR fixes.
• Assist with onboarding of new hires and orientation.
• Maintain treatment rooms, ensure safety, and provide therapist support as needed.
