Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 5+ years of Portion Control experience.
• Hands-on general experience with follow-up questions.
• Familiarity with CloudFirst Corp-scale workflows, or willingness to reach them.
• Practical command of Barista Skills, with bonus points for Inventory Management.
• Proficiency with Banquet Event Orders, plus willingness to learn Wine Pairing fast.
• 6+ years navigating workplace politics

Responsibilities

• Apply Stakeholder Management and Buffet Setup to solve day-to-day operational challenges
• Hand off Wine Pairing work clean enough that nobody has to ask twice
• Pressure-test assumptions before they harden into expensive mistakes
• Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room
• Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends
• Keep SC reporting accurate enough to bet decisions on
