Job summary

Adams & Martin Group is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for temporary, part-time assignments in Centennial, Colorado. You will assist with processing and counting mail-in ballots for a high-volume election cycle, with full training and oversight provided.

Position runs 09/28/26 to 10/09/26 (2 openings). Schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. On-site work with free garage parking; benefits are not provided for temp assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered voter in Colorado.
• Ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Punctual and able to work on-site in Centennial office.

Responsibilities

• Stuff envelopes for heavy-volume mail-ins.
• Count mail-in ballots accurately.
• Process incoming mail-in ballots and related clerical tasks.
• Perform other election and ballot-related duties as needed.
