Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking Technicians for a large-scale automation installation project in Spokane, Washington. This project-based temporary role pays $27.50 per hour and runs through the end of November. Shifts are AM and PM, with 6 openings total, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Technicians will support installation, assembly, and setup of automation equipment. Qualified candidates will have prior technician experience, experience with hand and power tools, and the ability to read basic

Qualifications

• Experience as a technician in an installation environment.
• Ability to read basic installation diagrams or instructions.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and setup of conveyors, robotics systems, machinery, and related equipment.
• Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly of equipment.
• Install components, brackets, and mechanical parts as required.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasks.
• Follow installation plans with engineers and project leads.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues during installation.
• Ensure equipment is secured and installed per specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and project guidelines.
