Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Data Center Tech to join our on-site team in Quincy, WA. This is a long-term contract position working on a 4x10 shift (Sat-Tue, 17:00-03:00) in a datacenter environment.

You will configure, deploy, and maintain hardware for computer systems, servers, and networking solutions, with pay rate $25/hr. Ideal candidates have an associate degree and hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair.

Qualifications

• May require an associate's degree in a related area and some professional experience in the field.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Have experience working with technology hands-on (troubleshooting, configuration, and repair/replacement).

Responsibilities

• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues in a mixed environment- performing full-cycle support through Identification, research, and resolve technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
