Qualifications

• 6+ years of design and art direction experience, with a strong beauty or lifestyle brand portfolio.
• Distinct brand visual world and voice across multiple campaign moments.
• Ability to produce work resonating on social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Experience working in a creative pairing model with a copy partner.
• Strong campaign concepting skills and ability to lead while hands-on.
• Comfortable acting as both director and individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Ole Henriksen creative direction—visual identity, campaign concepting, and brand expression across touchpoints.
• Concept and brief Ole campaign moments from territory to execution.
• Art direction for Ole shoots—shot lists, casting direction, set/prop direction with Sr. CD.
• Collaborate with head of copy—joint concepting and aligned delivery.
• Ensure campaign output meets the creative brief across execution layers.
• Direct reports include three designers; provide feedback and direction.
