• 6+ years in design and art direction with a beauty or lifestyle brand portfolio.
• Ability to maintain a distinct brand visual world and voice across campaigns.
• Experience in social-first campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Own visual creative direction for OH, shaping brand expression across campaigns and day-to-day execution.
• Partner with Head of Copy to co-develop ideas from concept through production.
• Lead Ole Henriksen creative direction across identity, campaigns, and touchpoints.
• Direct and mentor three design direct reports.
