• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite—Illustrator and InDesign for print/VM production.
• Curious about design tools and systems; eager to grow in role.
• Uses AI to find efficiencies in the design process; open to learning more.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative projects including retail graphics, in-store signage, campaign assets, presentations, influencer mailers and marketing collateral.
• Produce and release VM mechanicals ensuring deliverables meet brand, vendor and regional requirements.
• Collaborate with Creative, VM and Marketing to develop brand assets across channels.
• Present projects to cross-functional partners and communicate strategy and timelines.
• Refine layouts and mechanicals with VM and Marketing for accuracy.
• Adapt global concepts for local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and production partners for efficient delivery.
• Prepare, package, and quality-check final artwork files for print with color management and specs.
• Help establish workflows, templates and production standards for efficiency.
• Stay current on design trends and tools to elevate output.
• Batch crop/resize of images for print and digital assets.
