Addison Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Faribault, MN for a maternity leave coverage. The role is part-time with a hybrid schedule after training, and onsite weekly presence is required in Minnesota.

The position handles high-volume PO and service invoices, 3-way matching, SAP entry, and weekly check runs. Open to candidates early in their accounting career or college students with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Prior Accounts Payable or invoice processing experience preferred, but not required.
• Great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career or still in college with some relevant experience.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn and navigate SAP or other accounting systems.
• Reliable and organized with the ability to manage recurring weekly responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of purchase order invoices using 3-way matching.
• Enter shop and maintenance invoices into SAP using information provided on the invoices.
• Process material invoices in SAP, completing 3-way matches and pushing invoices through the system.
• Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with weekly Wednesday check runs, including matching and printing checks.
• Support the AP team with additional invoice processing and related tasks as needed.
