Job summary

Aprés Nail seeks a temporary Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers across online marketplaces, helping resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. You will support AI-powered tools, train models, and manage orders and records with accuracy.

This 3–6 month role requires a high school diploma, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask across calls, emails, and chats. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms is a plus, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• The ability to accurately record information, process orders, and follow up on customer requests.
• Comfort using, or willingness to learn, e-commerce marketplace seller platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace).
• Comfort using, or willingness to learn, AI-assisted support tools such as chatbots, automated macros, and response-suggestion software.
