Job summary

Aprés Nail is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers across our online marketplace channels. You will help resolve issues and maintain a high standard of professionalism while supporting AI-powered tools to improve response speed and accuracy.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, assist with orders and payments, monitor third-party platforms, and keep detailed records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to record information, process orders, and follow up on customer requests.
• Familiarity with e-commerce marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace).
• Willingness to learn AI-assisted support tools such as chatbots and macros.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and policies.
• Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments.
