Job summary

Pacific-Exteriors-LL is seeking an organized Accounting Administrator for a 3-4 month assignment starting late September. You will assist in managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations for a growing exterior remodeling company serving homeowners since 2008.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or above in Accounting.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Excel experience.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Entering vendor invoices, organizing related documentation, and tracking project manager approvals.
• Locating and attaching documentation to charges.
• Properly coding vendor invoices by location and account.
• Communicating with vendors and project managers regarding their invoice status and other questions.
• Creating, sending, and tracking lien releases.
• Creating reports related to assigned tasks.
• Maintaining job details between systems.
• Misc. tasks as assigned.
