Job summary

Direct Supply, Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist for the TELS Platform to support site implementations, onboarding, and technical troubleshooting.

You will lead activation and training for new customers while delivering exceptional service to existing users, and provide insights to improve the TELS Platform. Qualifications include 2+ years in customer service or IT troubleshooting and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
