Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Lead Teller I to oversee day-to-day teller operations, coach teammates, and uphold service standards. You will model accuracy, confidentiality, and strong member service while supporting branch goals.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will balance cash processes, resolve member concerns, and help implement policies. A background in teller or branch operations and supervisory experience are preferred.

As a Lead Teller I, you'll help keep daily teller operations running smoothly while coaching the team to create consistent, accurate, and meaningful member experiences. In this role, you'll help lead the day-to-day teller experience by supporting team members, reinforcing service standards, and ensuring transactions and branch cash processes are handled accurately and consistently. You'll serve as a role model for excellent member service, help resolve member account concerns with care and confidentiality, and provide leadership support when management is not available.
Day to day, you'll:
Beyond that, you'll collaborate with branch management, support new policy and procedure training, assist with team development conversations, and step in to serve members whenever the branch needs additional support.
We're looking for someone who can balance accuracy, service, and leadership in a busy branch environment. You'll be successful here if you are comfortable guiding others, handling member situations with professionalism, and keeping operations organized and compliant.
