Rio Bank seeks a Teller Supervisor at the Edinburg Banking Center to oversee teller operations, balance drawers, and train staff. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and compliance with bank policies.

You will lead by example, manage schedules, handle cash processes, and collaborate with the Teller Operations Manager on bank-wide initiatives. This full-time position offers growth and a team-oriented environment in Edinburg, Texas.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of teller experience or combination of education and experience.
• Thorough understanding of teller operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong coaching skills and the desire to help others grow and learn.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high monetary risk environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking ability preferred.
• Prior supervisor experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee the daily operations of the teller line including balancing drawers, ordering cash, and scheduling staff.
• Train and develop tellers.
• Lead by example and ensure all customer interactions are positive and efficient.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process transactions.
• Complete daily and monthly reports.
• Assist with opening and closing the bank.
• Collaborate with Teller Operations Manager on bank-wide projects, procedures, trainings and system upgrades.
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
