Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years teller experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of teller operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior supervisor experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily teller line operations including balancing drawers and scheduling staff.
• Train and develop tellers.
• Lead by example to ensure positive customer interactions.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions.
• Complete daily and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with Teller Operations Manager on procedures and system upgrades.
• Adhere to bank policies and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with opening and closing the bank.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
