Nevada State Bank in Henderson, NV is recruiting for a Teller Supervisor (Client Service Associate Lead) to oversee daily client service operations at the Henderson Heights branch. This role focuses on coaching staff, driving sales, and maintaining high service levels across the team.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in banking or related roles, strong balancing skills, and the ability to cross-sell products to clients, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Working knowledge of math.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Leads the daily activities of client service associates.
• Coach and counsel branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.
• Help develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
• Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
• Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.
• If needed, be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are now accepting applications for a Teller Supervisor (Client Service Associate Lead) to join the team located at our Henderson Heights branch in Henderson, NV. Branch hours Monday through Friday.

Essential Functions

• Leads the daily activities of client service associates.

• Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.
• If needed, be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay range (depending on experience): $21.50 - $23.66/hour
