Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of cash handling or customer service experience.
• Ability to travel between branches may be required.
• Must be available to work all shifts including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions and balance accurately.
• Operate teller drawer in lobby or drive-up.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers appropriately.
• Recognize and report potential fraud.
• Comply with bank policies and procedures.
• Uphold Wintrust culture.
• May assist with opening/closing and community events.
