Keesler Federal Credit Union in Ocean Springs, MS seeks a Teller Service Representative I to handle deposits, withdrawals, and balance cash with accuracy and confidentiality. You'll support sales initiatives, refer cross-sell opportunities, and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and proficiency with teller terminals and PC software. Training is provided to meet BSA and OFAC regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–12 months of similar or related experience preferred.
• Must be able to handle cash accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with teller terminals and standard PC software.
• Good math skills and attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and verifies deposits and payments, processes withdrawals and loan advances.
• Balances cash drawer and cash recyclers daily.
• Maintains customer account information and responds to inquiries.
• Promotes sales and referrals through CRM and service training.
• complies with applicable federal regulations and BSA requirements.
