Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent level of knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous Teller experience or customer service experience.
• Experience supervising teller staff or lead teller duties.
• Experience recommending products to improve a customer’s financial position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teller staff and oversee daily teller line operations.
• Support Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager with staffing and coaching.
• Ensure accurate, compliant transaction processing and strong member service.
• Educate members on digital banking and services; refer investment needs as appropriate.
• Maintain policies, procedures, security and fraud prevention protocols.
