Qualifications

• Teller I: prior sales, member service, and cash handling in a financial institution.
• Teller II: 1 year teller experience with proven sales and service.
• Teller III: 3 years teller experience with sales and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions and requests accurately and timely.
• Greet members with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Ensure sales and service goals are met.
• Refer members to appropriate staff for sales opportunities.
• Adhere to cash, key and dual control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to security and robbery procedures.
• Work is primarily performed within an office setting; standing may be required.
