Job summary

Digital Federal Credit Union in Littleton, MA is seeking a Teller to process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and check cashing with accuracy and courtesy.

You will explain DCU products, meet member needs, and refer services to help members reach financial goals while maintaining security and adherence to policies. Schedule is Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• Verbal communication skills required.
• Technical skills: Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions including deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Explain DCU products and services and complete member requests.
• Achieve referral goals by identifying members' financial needs and cross-selling accordingly.
• Adhere to all policies, security procedures, and risk guidelines.
• Provide coverage in other branches or departments when needed.
• Suggest efficiency and process improvements.
