Training lasts several weeks with a focus on compliance, customer service excellence, and community financial wellness. A high school diploma and 1 year of service experience are typical prerequisites;

Qualifications

• Typically requires High School Diploma or associated Certification (GED).
• 1 year of customer service or relevant experience.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial transactions.
• Proficient math skills and accuracy in handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to members and ensure teller transactions are accurate and timely.
• Maintain information protection and uphold credit union policies.
• Assist community with financial wellness and education resources.
• Address member needs promptly and resolve concerns.
• Participate in cross-selling financial products.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and travel between training and branches.
