Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or relevant experience.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial transactions.
• Successful completion of in-house teller training program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members with transactions and inquiries.
• Build member relationships by identifying needs and recommending products/services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other transactions accurately.
• Support team success through collaboration and adherence to policies.
