BECU in Everett, WA is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional service and accurate transactions at our Everett Financial Center. Training begins with 10–15 days at Tukwila and requires a commitment of one year to the role.

You’ll handle deposits, withdrawals, and product recommendations, contributing to a positive member experience. The role emphasizes attention to detail, compliance, and teamwork, with flexible shifts including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Typically requires High School Diploma or associated Certification (GED).
• 1 year of customer service or relevant experience.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Experience in promoting and selling financial products or services.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial transactions.
• Successful completion of in-house teller training program.
• Proficient math skills, with the ability to process account transactions accurately.
• Ability to multitask.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to ensure professional handling of member concerns.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member, using discretion and sound judgment.
• Additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives and goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional service while helping members with transactions and questions.
• Build member relationships by identifying needs and offering products and digital banking.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and securely.
• Collaborate with teammates to support operations and improve member experience.
