Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year teller experience preferred with satisfactory balancing.
• Basic math skills; familiarity with keyboard/computer; customer service and strong communication skills; data entry ability.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide variety of transactions for members, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, payroll adjustments, checks, gift cards, VISA cash advances, IRA deposits/withdrawals.
• Identify member needs and suggest appropriate products/services; refer to CU partner to fulfill.
• Maintain cash vault balance and assist in training new tellers; open/close branch; balance cash drawer daily.
