• Process a wide variety of member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and checks.
• Uncover member needs and refer to appropriate products/services to meet quarterly goals.
• Assist in training new tellers and support branch opening/closing procedures.
• Balance cash drawer and safeguard cash, vault, and ATM transactions.
• Provide prompt, professional service and accurate information to members.
