Job summary

Logix Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Teller II to assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments in person. You will ensure accuracy, provide friendly service, and identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance member financial wellbeing.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and banking teller experience; familiarity with Symitar and Microsoft Office is a plus. Employment offers growth within the branch network and adherence to all policies.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 18 months banking teller experience or a combination of 12 months Retail Banking Operations plus 6 months cash handling or customer service experience.
• Must be able to follow cash handling procedures and relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven accuracy and attention to detail in processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments.
• Provide courteous service, assist with account servicing and documentation, and respond to member inquiries.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer members to appropriate partners.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex questions to management as needed.
• Participate in employee development programs to support sales and service excellence.
• Balance daily work and assist with branch balancing and related documents.
• Support ATM balancing duties including deposits, holds, adjustments and notifications.
• Adhere to laws and credit union policies, including Reg CC and BSA.
• Perform routine clerical duties and maintain accurate files.
• Maintain cash drawer within policy and cash limits.
• Support coverage for FSR concierge station when trained.
