BrightBridge Credit Union in Fairhaven, MA is seeking a Teller II to deliver outstanding member service. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other transactions while building relationships with members.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cash handling, and cross-selling credit union products. You will train with teammates, support branch operations, and ensure security during daily procedures.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year teller experience preferred with a satisfactory balancing record.
• Basic math, data entry, and keyboard skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Reliability, flexibility, and valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other teller transactions.
• Identify member needs and refer to appropriate products/services.
• Maintain cash vault and balance cash drawer as required.
• Assist in training new tellers and help open/close the branch.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries; open the night depository as needed.
• Balance ATM transactions under dual control and ensure BSA compliance.
• Support Saturdays and occasional coverage at other locations.
• Participate in meetings and training to improve selling skills.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
