Job summary

Members 1st is seeking a Teller I/III to handle daily member transactions and provide excellent service. You will promote the credit union’s products, maintain accurate records, and support branch operations with a positive, professional attitude.

Ideal candidates have basic cash handling experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to member satisfaction. This on-site role may require evening and weekend hours, plus travel to other locations for extended hours coverage.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of progressive retail financial or customer service experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail banking or credit union experience including cash handling and customer service.
• Understanding of financial services regulatory policies and compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process members' financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support sales by identifying members' product and service needs.
• Educate members on credit union products and services and assist with balancing procedures.
