The role requires cross-selling, accurate cash handling, ability to work across market locations, occasional Saturday shifts, and proficiency with checking, savings, mobile and online banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to establish courteous customer relationships.
• Basic math skills to balance a cash drawer with accuracy.
• Basic PC skills for daily computer tasks.
• Discretion and good judgment in decision making.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player willing to work at all market locations as needed.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through accurate and efficient management of daily transactions.
• Assess customer needs and provide information about additional products and services.
• Adhere to fraud prevention and audit standards related to transactions and regulatory duties.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and meet service standards.
• Cross-sell bank products and services and solicit referrals.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other banking tasks.
• Balance cash drawer and participate in vault and ATM duties as needed.
