Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and maintain good balance records.
• Respond to clients’ needs and inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Perform minor account maintenance such as address changes, debit card maintenance, and check ordering.
• Refer customers to internal specialists when financial goals arise.
• Educate clients on bank technology like mobile/online banking and ATMs.
• Assist branch and team with daily tasks and meet goals.
• Ensure safe banking practices and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Assist in opening and closing the branch following security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
