Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Trustmark professionally, efficiently, and tactfully to assure customer satisfaction when in contact with customers, either face-to-face or by telephone, including greeting the customer by name while processing transactions.
• Safeguard the bank's assets and balance the teller window daily, following bank policies and standards.
• Assist in developing new business by identifying customer needs for additional products and services and refer to sales staff; complete referrals.
• Process other transactions such as night drops, ATM deposits, wire transfers, foreign currency, and official checks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
