Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer identification, signatures and other required information; record and process all transactions according to regulations and procedures.
• Examine cash, checks and documents to verify authenticity, detect potential fraud, and protect against loss; escalate unusual activity.
• Assist customers with questions during transactions and refer issues to supervisors when needed.
• Balance drawer at end of shift and report outages to Teller Supervisor.
