Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and loan payments, cash checks, and handle routine transactions.
• Answer client questions in person and over the phone.
• Record and reconcile transactions, prepare currency and reports as needed.
• Identify potential cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to bankers.
• Maintain client information in systems and ensure accuracy of records.
• Support team with special requests and adhere to bank security procedures.
