Responsabilidades

• Processes daily teller transactions in the lobby and drive-up.
• Delivers outstanding client service and develops client relationships with referral opportunities.
• Processes deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, and other teller transactions.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and directs clients to bankers as needed.
• Uses 360View to record activities, incidents, and referrals to partners.
• Processes consumer credit card applications.
• Completes special requests such as closing accounts, issuing checks, and currency exchanges.
• Maintains cash drawer accuracy and adheres to security procedures.
• Participates in training and supports team objectives.
