Landmark Credit Union in Appleton, WI is seeking a full-time teller to deliver friendly member service, accurately handle cash, and manage standard teller transactions.

You will cross-sell services, process deposits and withdrawals, and support branch operations. A HS diploma and cash-handling or customer service experience are preferred, with strong verbal and written communication required. This is a weekday, daytime role fostering growth within a member-focused credit union.

Responsabilidades

• Provide teller services to members with accuracy and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Cross-sell other member services.
• Process mail deposits and withdrawals.
• Balance ATM as needed.
• Assist in open/close duties with on-site manager.
• Train to verify checks for other tellers and to perform overrides.
• Potential to be cross-trained in other branch positions.
• Attend training at HQ or off-site locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This 40 hr/week position requires working weekday shifts.

BRANCH HOURS

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

NATURE AND SCOPE

Performs transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with high accuracy. Provides cash receipt and payment services in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Presents and explains a basic number of credit union products and services to members. Represents the credit union in a positive and professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1. High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2. Previous work experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.
• 3. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills,organizational skills and the ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• 4. Must have experience or be able to gain proficiency in all programs and systems usedfor this job.
• 5. Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as theyrelate to this position. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and alljob-related State and federal laws and regulations.
• 6. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• 1. Provides friendly, courteous, and expedient teller and other related services tomembers resulting in a balanced cash drawer daily.
• 2. Cross-sells other member services.
• 3. Processes mail deposits and withdrawals.
• 4. May assist in balancing the ATM (if not performed by an outside source).
• 5. May train to perform open/closing duties (with manager on site).
• 6. May train to verify checks for other tellers.
• 7. May train to perform overrides.
• 8. May be cross trained to help in other positions within the branch.
• 9. May be required to attend training at headquarters or an off-site location.
• 10. Performs other duties as assigned.
